All orders are shipped by DHL EXPRESS (globally) or DPD (UK only).
We ship same (working*) day for all orders placed before 2pm. UK shipping is on a next (working*) day delivery service.

All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to take the delivery a calling card will be left for you to directly re-arrange a re-delivery with the courier at your convenience.

UK Mainland DPD £6.50 - Next working day Orders to be placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. If placed on a Friday the next working day will be Monday. Please note that DPD do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES Orders shipped international may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. We suggest checking in with your local customs office to calculate what the charge will be.

Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.
We do hope you are delighted with your order. However if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please package the item(s) with all tags intact, complete the Returns Form sent with order or you can download here
Damages and issues Please contact us immediately if the item received is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased from another seller.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items for another size or item. Please place another order for the new size/item you require.
Refunds We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the return. Please allow a little longer during Sale periods. We will refund the original payment method. To note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
